Home Nova'yı kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulama, kendi Home Assistant kurulumunuzu yönetmeniz için sağlanan bir istemcidir.
Kullanım
Home Nova'yı yalnızca erişim yetkiniz olan Home Assistant sunucularına bağlanmak için kullanırsınız. Uygulamanın işlevi, bağlandığınız sunucunun yapılandırmasına ve erişilebilirliğine bağlıdır.
Abonelik (Home Nova Premium)
- Premium, otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik olarak sunulur (aylık veya yıllık).
- 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme sunulabilir; deneme süresi bitmeden iptal etmezseniz abonelik ücreti tahsil edilir.
- Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
- Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir.
- Aboneliği iPhone'unuzda Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler üzerinden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
Sorumluluk reddi
Home Nova "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Uygulama, üçüncü taraf cihazlarınızı veya Home Assistant sunucunuzu kontrol etmenizi sağlar; bu cihazların davranışından, kesintilerden veya veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Güvenlikle ilgili kritik kullanımlarda tek güvenlik katmanı olarak uygulamaya güvenmeyin.

Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada yayımlanır.

By using Home Nova you agree to these terms. The app is a client provided for managing your own Home Assistant setup.
Use
You use Home Nova only to connect to Home Assistant servers you are authorized to access. The app's functionality depends on the configuration and availability of the server you connect to.
Subscription (Home Nova Premium)
- Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual).
- A 7-day free trial may be offered; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription fee is charged.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account upon confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription on your iPhone via Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
Disclaimer
Home Nova is provided "as is". The app lets you control your third-party devices and your Home Assistant server; we are not responsible for those devices' behavior, outages, or data loss. Do not rely on the app as your only layer of security for safety-critical uses.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
